My sister called this hospital when her miniture Yorkie was lethargic and was having a seizure. They refused to even see the very young puppy unless she paid a $96 office fee and diagnosed her OVER THE PHONE as a case of parvo. Since my sister did not have the funds readily available (nor was she able to borrow the money, as they suggested) they said that they would EUTHANIZE her for FREE! Wow! All of this over the phone! They showed zero compassion for a puppy barely 11 weeks old who was having seizures. We googled the symptoms along with the breed and found that very small Yorkies who have little muscle mass are prone to hypoglycemia, which produces symptoms EXACTLY LIKE SHE DESCRIBED TO THIS HOSPITAL! They never once suggested that it could be anything other than parvo! We found that a change in the puppy's diet (like my sister did the day before) could send her into just such a state. So, she gave her Pedialyte and she perked back up almost immediately, walked without falling over
