called them about replacing the tires on my suv. They had what I wanted in stock so i set up and appointment with A@@@@@@. I dropped off my suv at 1230pm for a 1500 (3pm) appointment. When i called and set up the appointment i asked when they close and wa told 1700 (5pm) on sunday. I then asked if the SUV would be ready at the end of their day 1700 (5pm) and was told yes. I asked again when i dropped off the car if it would be ready at the end of the day and was told yes so i left the suv with them. at 1555 (3:55pm) i contacted them about the suv as i had nto heard anything back from them and the car hadd an appointment time of 1500 (3pm). during this call i was informed the suv would be done on time. At 1630 (4:30pm) i arrived to pay for my new tires and noticed the car still sitting in their lot with the old tires on it. I aquired if it would be done at the end of the day and was told by C@@d that it would not be reayd by 1700 (5 pm) that it would be more like 1900 (7pm). I told him I was told the suv would be ready at 1700 (5pm) not 1900 (7pm). to which he replied we are short staffed and will be working late. I said you have had the car 4 hours and it had not moved. SInce i was I had not stayed with the suv they pushed it off and missed the promise time they told me. I will not go back here for any service on my car or suv.
