I first visited the chiropractor in order to fix my back in general. I did have a pain in my back that has lessened since coming to the chiropractor. I also notice that my posture has improved & I do take better care of myself. Going to the chiropractor is a great idea. It helps in more ways than one. Even if you think nothing is wrong. You will feel a lot of relief in your back!
