Recently called them when my heater - an older unit - went out on the coldest day of the year. Was told it was ""rusted through"" and the only thing they could do was put in a new heater, at around $5,000. Asked them if there was ANYTHING they could temporarily do for just today - it was freezing! - and we had had the same problem fixed just a month before. The technician smiled and said no, and left after me paying the $80 service call. I immediately called another company, who sent a tech out and replaced the ignition switch and circuit board and had me up and running in an hour. Needless to say, when I replace this older unit, which I plan to do this year, it won't be with Wilson.
