I called on Thursday afternoon to set up a pick up for the next day -Friday - at 5:30pm. Dispatcher said that they wouldn't do scheduled pickups at that time of day. I started to ask what time scheduled pickups were available, but before I could finish my question, the jerk hung up. Stupidly thinking it was an unintentional disconnect, I called back. I stated that I was disconnected and asked my question...I was told that ""we don't do scheduled pickups"". Since I had recently scheduled a pick up with them (that time I spoke with a very helpful dispatcher who sent a very nice driver) I was surprised and inquired ""Since when?"" Charming responded ""Since now!"" and hung up on me again. That time I got the hint...they don't want my business. I called Capitalland and the nice guy there set up the pick up. From now on Capitalland gets my business.
