We went on a cruise in 2010 and Suzi Davis Travel was wonderful and were really helpful. We were given Air Tran flights for the following year because of a scheduling error with Air Tran that left us stranded for 2 days over Easter. \r
I contacted Suzi Davis in January about traveling to California with our vouchers over spring break. Nothing was available at that time in California. So I asked our agent can you give me any other ideas of someplace nice we could go and she said ""no, but I can give you the 1-800 number for Air Tran and you could ask them"". I was thinking that I needed to go through Suzi Davis since they had the voucher information and we aren't big travelers. I told her that I was sorry for wasting her time and she said it is no problem and that was the end of our conversation. I am not sure how travel agencies work but I guess if they aren't making a ton of money off of you then you are too much of a bother to them. This is so very sad because even though we don't travel often many of my friends do and word of mouth is really the best place to advertise your business. We will never contact Suzi Davis again as we don't want to feel like a bother.
