My laptop picked up a virus. I am new to the area, and was too busy to fix it myself, so I found these guys in the phonebook and hired them. After 3 days, I picked it up and when I booted it up at home the virus was still there. They accused me of picking it up again and refused even a partial refund. These guys are bad news. use someone else!!
