Kirby are great vacuums but the sales practices are high pressure,inflated selling prices, and poor customer service. You would think if they were proud of their work and product the Kirby name would be used in their company name. They promise a free carpet shampoo to get into your house and then spend hours there pushing a $2000.00 vacuum to people who can't afford it. I you really want to buy one for 75% to 80% less i found one at shineuup@gmaildotcom Never overspend again
