Got the box installed Monday, didn't get it working until Wednesday. It would've been nice if they checked to see if the box they installed actually worked before leaving. Even after I told the guy on the phone I already went through DirecTV tech support, he still preceded to ask me if I ""turned it on"" and sort of treated me like an idiot. more
