I ordered roses from Barringer's for my wife Thursday three days before I needed them delivered. Needless to say they were not delivered on time. They were delivered a day late. I understand people make mistakes but when I called to see if they were going to do something to correct their mistake and they said no. They gave two excuses. 1. They were busy. 2. It was my wife’s (mother of 3 boys under the age of 5 and I was out of town) fault because she didn't return there call at 7:30 pm because they realized they hadn't delivered the flowers. I asked they reimburse my delivery fee and they said no. I won't use them again and I recommend you trying to find someone else. more
