Bought a vehicle from them about a month ago, They are very tricky to deal with. You can only get a certain vehicle for certain finance companies for starters. Down payment amounts change by the second even if the price of the vehicle hasn't. Interest rate from what your quoted changes by the time the paperwork is done. Also mind you your monthly payment changes as well. Dealers are very immature with so much office gossip and BS they lose paperwork on a regular basis. They are rude, pushy and very arrogant. Plus a week after the sale has been complete the dealer calls again for more information about paperwork. Also thanks to their PUSHY way of financing your car for you, my credit score was dropped from a 604 to a 513 because their d-bag dealers kept submitting my applications to tons of different companies, some 2 or 3 times. Just another reason I will not return to Elm Budget Corner once my vehicle is paid for.
