I work with Murray primarily, from the Sound Factor, and order what I want over the phone. Then I pick it up. I haven't had them do any installations for me. They were the people I bought my first sound system from in the early 1980s, and they are the people I call when I want new equipment.
I think they have a great product line for high-end home entertainment or stereo gear. They are very knowledgeable about their product lines and can give great recommendations for equipment to augment or replace an existing home theater and sound system.
