I was very displeased with the service that I recieved. The customer service was absolutely a joke. I took in a coat and a wedding dress to be cleaned. As anyone would do I was pricing around for a best price to clean a wedding dress. So when I dr
opped off the dress I ask the young man working how much the dress would be, he said about $30- BC I told him I just wanted it cleaned not the whole wedding package that some places offer. So I thought that was great, so I left it there. He told me it would be done Thursday. So when I went to get it Thurs. He goes,""it's a bit more than I told you, its $125, not $30"" -- I was not happy with that. I asked him why such a difference and he said bc there were a lot of stains. I was upset, I however did pay the outrageous difference, and left a note to have the person in charge give me a call. The next day I talked to Connie, She was absolutely one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. She told me that when I heard that price of $30 I should ve questioned it. And just kept making excuses, the boy was new, and young. I expressed that one, someone should ve called me when they realized I was told the incorrect price to make sure that I still wanted them to do it. And to top it all they couldn't even remove the stain ( which I understand that some stains won't come out). She told me she would talk to the owner and get back with me.\r
So then She calls me back and tells me that the owner is going to give me $30 back. so I am still paying $100 for a job I was told would be $30. I asked to talk to the owner- boy I thought Connie was rude, nothing compared to Cecile- She yelled at me, cussed at me, told me if I wanted she would give me all my money back and I could bring her the dress and she would throw it in the garbage or something. Also, tried to blame me for the issue of not having the correct price and not questioning it bc no cleaner would do it for that. and when I expressed that The customer service I was receiving was unacceptable, she told me ""Im in the drycleaning business, not customer service."" asked me if I was in customer service, when I responded with yes, she said, how about you stick to your job and I will stick to mine. -I was like ma'am you do a service for customers, customer service-- It was like arguing with a brick wall. And just the rudest, most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. I will not go back, ever.
