The owner does not believe in customer satisfaction. I had a Keratin treatment done and not only did it not take, but the hairdresser did not apply the treatment correctly. I even contacted the distributer of the product and they agreed the salon applied it inccorectly 9SHOULD BE APPLIED ON DRY HAIR NOT WET HAIR). After asking the owner of the salon to have the hairdresser redo the treatment since she did it inccorectly, he sent me a very RUDE email asking me never to come back to the salon. Is he kidding me????, my hair is a FRIZZ-BALL and he doesn't care at all. After spending $350 + tip, I'm still very angry that the owner would not consider redoing the treatment the CORRECT way!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. They will take your money and not provide the service you purchase.
