I checked in and found out the next day that they had checked my credit score because I used a debit card. They never told me anything about this policy. Then after I returned the car just before they opened, I received a letter from security asking me to return the car. I called to find out they never closed my contract.
Lastly I reported them to the BBB and they never responded. Stay away from them!!!!!
