I had been to Dogspaw two times before with satisfactory results, not friendly staff by any means, but satisfactory grooming results. The third time was definitely not a charm. Someone else, and by the looks of it, someone new, groomed my dog. Not only did it look like a 5 year old had gone at her with scissors and a razor, with uneven lines and a few bald patches, but they also CUT OFF A SMALL PORTION OF HER EAR! There was dried blood in her fur that they didn’t even bother to clean off. Accidents happen but the worse part of it is that they never told me. The groomer had left before I arrived and my husband and I discovered it as soon as we got home. When I called back to discuss it with the owner he denied the incident and made excuses as to why the grooming was so bad. None of which were valid. Not only would he not take any responsibility for the horrible grooming and bodily harm caused to my dog but he refused to refund my money when I asked and when American Express attempted to stop payment on the service. Dogspaw and their employees do not stand behind their service.
