I took my Subaru down for a new fuel pump. They used an after-market Airtex fuel pump, which does not have a good name among many online car forums and reviews were mainly bad for the product. The one they put in was louder than any ""new"" fuel pump I have ever heard. I was unhappy with not being told that generic aftermarket parts would be used before they actually put it in. The mechanic, Brian, is who I dealt with. He is THE only reason I am rating this as a 4 star. His customer service was above and beyond anything I expected! He makes Harris Automotive worth working with in my opinion! He removed the airtex fuel pump and replaced it with a Bosch that we purchased ourselves and did it free of charge.
