I have the misfortune of being their customer for years. Other banks have Managers that care, this Patricia woman that is the manager is so naive or perhaps she simply doesn't care about her customers. It's rather telling in this day and age of social networking that this bank has no facebook page or any other way to vent your frustration at their fat cat banking principles.
This bank will nickel and dime you with fee upon fee and then when you need them they are useless as teats on a Bull. Find a local bank and let these careless cheats go out of business. The gall of this manager is staggering!
