I had the opportunity to experience Sunday brunch at Bistro 310. What a great spread of food they had laid out. As good as it all looked I decided not to make a pig of myself and order off of the menu. I was not disappointed when I ordered the Steak and Eggs. The eggs where light a fluffy, the steak was cooked just right, and the vegetables were a nice change from the starchy potatoes that you get at most restaurants.
