After having a technical glitch at the store a perishable item was not delivered on time. After admitting to the mistake the UPS store has backtracked and refused to make things right. They have claimed part of their paid services clearly advertised on their website is a courtesy and refused to call back after several attempts to discuss the issue and achieve a resolution. This forced me to have to involve the BBB and even now they are trying to blame everyone else for the mistake and not take any responsibility for their own system failure. This mistake caused a Christmas present to be ruined and has only created a headache since then. There service might be fine but watch out if something goes wrong because they will ignore you, refuse to make things right and blame you for their own mistakes. There are plenty of other businesses like this, find another one and save yourself a hassle.
