William, Techsavies is super awesome! Today, my corrupted USB port enabled my PC to shut down. This PC is used for our register in our store, so I called him in a panic. I've spent over 2 hours on the phone with him trying to diagnose this problem. He was patient, thorough and provided excellent customer service! He mentioned that I may have to replace the mother board, but suggested to bring the computer by before hand. I went to see him and he fixed the problem in 2 min (saved me $350 to replace the mother board) and wouldn't take payment since it was an easy fix. I was a crazy mess and William saved my day! Woo Hoo! Thanks a million William for all your help and being so patient with my crazy butt! :-)
