K&R is a ripoff because of employees like ""Joe"". The man has no concept of the term ""customer service."" He lacks any moral fiber and addresses customers as if he's doing them a favor. Once addressed by this bafoon, he attempts to double-talk and insult you all at once while continuing his efforts to swindle the next unsuspecting person seeking parts or service. K&R would be the only place a degenerate like this could get any form of employment. He's an uncouth, unscrupulous loser and my experience with him will keep my company from doing any further business with them.\r
