We came in for a scheduled appointment on a Saturday. First, there were two employees working even though there were six total counters. In Buckhead. On a Saturday. We were not greeted when we entered. When the service technician finally acknowledged our presence, she said she'd been ""stuck with customers"" and had not gotten to eat lunch; we would have to wait ""at least an hour"" for our scheduled appointment. more
