Global Security did a poor job installing my alarm system. Failed to correctly install door magnets, used too small of magnets & did not glue them in place so they floated. Every winter storm gives me a false alarm. Has not changed the name on the account even though we submitted it in writing per their instructions. Refuses to let me terminate account w/o penalty even though 5 year term has expired. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
