It was again, a pleasure to work with you and having you guide us toward our next Cadillac purchase. I am sure we will enjoy our new CTS. Of course, the most exciting moment was the demonstration of opening the trunk to show us the reason for the absence of a spare tire and finding TWO dozen long stemmed red roses matching the color of the car. That was truly a touch of Cadillac class and knowing Frank, over the years, it was a special and sensitive way to treat a lady. I know your wife would approve and I know my husband did as well. You are one of a kind and as long as you (Frank) are well and happy selling the top of the line in American made cars I hopw Cadillac will always acknwoledge your talent and loyalty.
