dishonest, misleading leasing agents. promise to have towels in gym pool area and never did. They say the $87.50 surety bond covers any damage you do and then send you huge bill when you move out. Gave us a mailbox at the neighboring apartment complex (long walk) after telling us they wouldn't. Told us we would eventually have an assigned parking spot and never got one (there are unregistered vehicles taking many of the good spots). Dog owners are allowed to let their dogs poop and pee on the patios of the units whose patios face the interior hallways causing a terrible smell up and down the corridors. the lack of hydraulic arms on the breezeway doors are a danger when windy (crushed my wife's finger). management is rude when you have a complaint and good luck having them return your message if you call. Cabinet doors are hung crooked so they don't close right. towel racks, toilet paper holders, toilet seat all cheap and break or detach easily.
