Bel Air Internet is the DirecTV service provider for the LUMA lofts in downtown Los Angeles. The quality of service is very poor. Bel Air repaired service on our floor four days ago, and today, service is again out in my loft. I called Bel Air Internet to repair service and I was told it would take two days to send someone to fix the service. Bel Air Internet inconveniences customers by making customers wait another two days to fix a problem they failed to correctly fix just four days prior! Bel Air Internet customer service is very poor and I recommend other downtown businesses and residences to avoid using Bel Air Internet. more
