I have been working out religiously for years and tried many types of classes and exercises. One year ago I started pilates and it has remained my favorite workout ever since. It finally got my body to exactly where I wanted it to be. Natural Pilates is exceptional because the classes are small so you get a lot of individual attention, the studio is immaculately clean and the instructors are excellent and very educated on the subject. I leave each class feeling like I have had an incredible workout and all of my muscles have been worked. It becomes the highlight of my day. Laura is one of the most incredible people I have ever met. The location is central and there is a ton of street parking which makes getting there very easy. The whole experience is delightful and best of all, you really see the results. Pilates truly improves your body in a way that no other workout can. The team at Natural Pilates makes it happen.
