Actually I wouldn't even give John's Appliance City one star. I should have gone with my first feeling when I walked into the store and I should have walked right out. I was looking for a stainless steel top mount refrigerator / freezer at the Orange City store. The salesman originally told me they didn't make what I wanted and I ""have"" to take the french door style instead. We were about to walk out when he suggested that he could order what we wanted. OK, we ordered it and waited 2 weeks for delivery. The WRONG refrigerator was delivered (delivery person was very nice). My husband and I went to the store to discuss the situation and then the Manager (who placed the special order) started yelling at me, the customer. At that point I told her that ""now I want to cancel the order"". They gave us a credit slip. Last night I checked my credit card online and saw that they also charged the full price to my account. I am soooo disappointed that John's Appliance City is taking advantage of people. BEWARE -- DO NOT purchase from them. There are too many other stores that want our business, don't need to get yelled at when THEY ordered the wrong item and charged me twice and credit once. ATCHLEY's is much friendlier and you get what you order.
