I've been to that place 3 times, so I will share my experience for all three.\r

Look - 5 Star\r
First I need to say, that the place inside looks very good. Everything is very clean and organized.\r

Service - 1 star\r
it's just simply HORRIBLE. Despite all the efforts of Skinny Russian Blond girl (she's the only Good service provider in that place) to make that place better.\r
Last time I went to that place around 3PM, place was almost empty. It was me at two more tables. I was served by mature russian woman at that time. I ordered a soup and a lula-kebab. Need to say - every time they take a soup away and bring the second dish - they take away the napkin with forks inside. So make sure you don't let them do it, because you will never get the new one, unless you ask for it again. This happen all three times.\r
Despite a fact that the place was almost empty, I had to stand up and go to the bar to ask for drink, and then second time - to ask for a check. Need to say, that before I did that, i was sitting and waiting for about 10 minutes for my waitress to come to my table. And she was just doing nothing by the bar and talking to some other guy. Insane.\r

Prices - 1 Star, Even minus one.\r
Prices at this place are absolutely ridiculous. Even if you can afford it, you still feel being ripped off. GRATUITY - Included in check. And there is a space to put additional in first check. Then ATTENTION, they bring you the second check where you sign and so on... and you have a TIP line, and the lettering under it says - "suggested tips 15% - $**, 20% - $** and so on... why would I be Suggested tips in percentage, If I was already charged 15% for that? Now I pay in percent from the price with already included 15% of tip? WRONG way to do business on frauds like this one.\r

FOOD - 3 star. \r
Nothing special to say, just average quality food. Me personally - I didn't like it.\r

Order processing time - Absolutely AWFUL! 1 star.\r
Lula always takes between 40-60 minutes between actual order time and the time you get it. Impossible? YES, possible. They made it!\r

Bottom line is:\r
In my case I only go there to have a lunch or dinner most of the time by myself. I realized that Kalinka store, right behind this restaurant in fact gives you better food experience for half the price of "kebab-house". Of course that one is not so fancy, but If I want to have a dinner and have it fast and tasty, Kalinka would be my choice in that area.
