Poor quality and poor customer service 2/4/2011

I purchased a $50 HDMI cable from Stargate two months ago. I spent a total of $181 with them. The cable initially worked fine. When I unplugged it from my computer, the connecting part broke away from the pins. When I attempted to return it, the owner accused me of damaging it and would not even consider replacing it. I turned to leave and told him he could keep it since it was useless. He then yelled ""I don't want it"" and slammed it into a garbage can. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER CENT AT STARGATE AGAIN. more
