I have lived in a property managed by Desert Wide for over a year now, and in that time they have tried to charge me for over one thousand dollars that i did not owe them, almost half of which was for services rendered at other properties. In the beggining of my lease they even tried to bill me for services rendered to the previous tenants. They try very hard to steal all the money they can and be as rude as possible after your already locked into the lease, when you try and dispute the fees they bill you for, I have had email reply's including things like ""Im not even going to entertain that with an answer"". Donna Andrews has been the least customer service oriented individual I have ever come across. I dont think i can effectively describe my disappointment with this company in words. It has just been a terrible experience from shortly after the lease was signed on. I would never recommend them even to people I am not fond of.
