My experience with Land-O-Dreams\r
was a negative one overall. They seem to have a best ,high end stuffs, don't get deceived, they have a very poorest items. Specially their sofa deal, is a total waste of money - I bought a Catnapper sofa from them , they have only one year warranty, just at the second year, the sofa get terribly torn on every corner, the synthetic part was just a cheap plastic. I went to the store to find me a solution, they treated me as an enemy, even never tried to help me. The sales persons , first of all he made a big scratch by carless delivery, and don't want to respond to my call after selling it. I heard that they are liquidating - that is the right decision for them - they should be closed - there are other 5- star customer service stores. Do not even get inside and look at their products - shiny product but very very poor service - what they need is the money they could get from you - not the business they would do.\r
