My name is Norma Tunnell and I am taking a moment to jot down a few words on my recent experience at your dealership. On January 1, 2011 my husband and I were looking at BMW’s at the dealership up the street from yours. My Husband has always been a BMW fan and we were test driving a few since my Audi lease was ending. I wanted to take a few days to think about the purchase of the BMW we had decided on and had left. We passed the Mercedes-Benz dealer and decided to look at a comparable alternative to the BMW. We started to look at the cars on the lot when we were approached by a sales rep by the name of Duc Trough. I must be honest that at first I was saying to myself “can’t they just leave us alone.” Well, his approach and conversation immediately made me change my mind. He was not one of those “pushy sales types” that you inevitably encounter at dealerships. He instantly made me and my husband feel at ease and that this was “our time”. He was able to handle the pressure put on by my husband (BMW fan to the end) to explain the unique differences between the two car types. I was instantly sold and within an hour my husband put up the white flag. We made the decision to lease a new 2011 C300 and the process couldn’t have been easier. Our experience just got better when dealing with Paul Heng, Sales Manager and into finance with Juilo. The time we had there was filled with humor an fun - not a typical auto purchase experience!!! I can honestly say that I will only go to Walter’s Mercedes-Benz to purchase my next car and will recommend to anyone interested in a Mercedes to take a trip to Riverside to se Duc, Paul and Julio!!!\r
