We have several friends who were members of Rustic Hills Country Club. We would attend functions with them and also attended weddings at the club. We were looking into joining Rustic Hills Country Club because our friends were members and we wanted to utilize the pool. We called and spoke with Judd, then Sarah and some new guy. It seems they have a huge turnover in management and staffing. The changeover is not good, our friends were overcharged and lied to. They have since left. We decided this was not the right place for our family. Our decision was confirmed when my wife overheard a bartender gossiping about some members and the other staff joined in. This really turned my wife off. When we asked the 3 couples that were with us about the gossiping they stated this was one reason they were leaving. They stated that the one bartender loved to gossip about everyone and when the members complained to the management nothing was done. They also stated the greens were not kept well and the club kept promising changes and nothing was being done. Our friends have joined another local club, We are meeting with the staff soon to become members.
