Got a front door from Flores a few weeks ago. Went to install it and the frame was cracked. Took it back and they reframed it. Got it home and they had hinged it wrong (yeah, I should have checked before I left, but I figured no one would screw that up, I was wrong) One more trip back and they said it would be done by the end of the day. Went back and was told it would be ready in the morning. 4 trips and 3 days later and I have a front door. Should have gone anywhere else.
