Not only do the guys that come out to move you have drug problems and steal your things to pay for it, the people in the office know and don't care. As long as people don't complain it still gets their bills paid. I tried talking to a guy named Jeremiah about it and he was sooo rude, I have never dealt with such an inconsiderate idiot in my entire life. He didn't care that he cost my family hundreds of dollars, as long as he still gets his paycheck. I warn any and everyone to not use them. I was so shocked to hear how the person they have representing them would talk to another human being. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM STAR!!!
