This week your service representative, Josh D. came to my dental office to trouble shoot problems we have been having with both our heaters. We have a had other companies out for recommendations but each had a very vague solutions to our problems. Some wanted to replace the units. When one of the units was installed five years ago the technician said we didn't have enough wires to properly connect air, heating as well as just the fan, so we did without the fan. Your technician, Josh, not only corrected both units so they function like they should but also corrected the problem of not having the proper connections to wire air, heating as well as the fan. He was very professional, knew what the problem was and fixed it. I really appreciate what he has done for our office.
