Its been over 5 months since we gave a $2000 deposit (equivalent to half the invoice) and Eric has yet to start the job although. He did already purchase the materials for the job and have them shipped to my house but has yet to do any work on the project. Initially he did respond to emails only to say that he isn't starting the job as planned and that he does not know when he can start. Now Eric isnt responding to emails or phone calls at all. I don't know if he will ever start the project or will even refund my money.
