I could not believed the poor customer service skills the team of AIT has; careless, rude, abrasive, are some of the adjectives to best describe their skills.
I recently purchased a TV thru HSN which used AIT Worldwide Logistics as a third party delivery service. What a way to ruin the wonderful shopping experience I had with HSN. These people are a ""bunch of phony clowns"" I will not use their services even for FREE.
