The red peppers were fantastic! Great flavor & texture. Very delicious, however after opening they went bad very fast. Expiration date of 6,2013. About 2 weeks after opening & refrigerated at a very cold temperature, they had to be discarded. Nothing was noted on the bottle as to how long they would be good after opening.
A great disappointment. I would give them 5 Stars but not if I could not use them!!
