Their Customer Service is terrible. I have never been able to get a live person on the phone. I always leave a voicemail and I would say I have only received a call back about 10% of the time. My emails to various departments have gone unanswered as well. I canceled service a year ago and received confirmation that they received my cancellation. However, after a full year of calling and email to ask why I was continuing to receive bills I finally got a call back....from the collections department! There was no notation that our account had been canceled. I forwarded the email confirmation I received to the collections manager and she canceled the account but only as of last November. So now I have to pay approximately $2,000 for a service I was told was canceled and never even used over the past year.
Do not use this company!!!!!!!!
