Dr. Dahm doesn't care so much about patient. He leaves everything to his hygienist. Including dialogging and explaining about teeth condition.
The billing always higher than actually estimate. I have my fillings. They estimate the cost after insurance had pay when I make appointment for my filling. When I got my filling, their cost is higher. After a month, I received a bill from them saying that I still own them ~$100 for the service. Same as with my regular check up. I pay my copay and their some extra cost that I need to pay after that.
