I recently purchased a $25 cake which tasted old, stale and firm. My guests and I were very disappointed with the quality. The following day I spoke with Chris the manager at Rose's Wheat Free Bakery and was asked to return the unused portion of the cake, which I did. Chris refused to refund my money. I was short changed and given a LAME $10 gift certificate to compensate for a $25 purchase. Chris was very rude and argumentative and explained that he felt the exchange was fair because he tasted the cake and ""it wasn't too awful."" Not good.
The cake was a complete disappointment and the lousy customer service is a deal breaker. Rose's lost another customer.
Since Rose's Bakery does not stand behind the quality of their product I will spend my money somewhere else.
