My husband and I were married this February by Ms. Cari Rivera. 3 days before our wedding, Chicago got 23 inches of snow! Despite the blizzard, Ms. Rivera braved the weather and snowy streets to make it to our ceremony. The ceremony was graceful and beautiful.
