This review is not about GMC's parking garage, but rather about it's staff. My 3-month old puppy was sadly attacked by another dog outside of their facility on Gold St./John St. When the other owner refused to take responsibility, I relied on GMC's security camera for definitive proof. When I contacted them, they could have told me a million reasons why they wouldn't help me, but they didn't. In fact, they created a DVD and delivered it the very next day. If they cared this much about helping me when they stood not to benefit at all from it financially, think about what kind of care they'll have for your car.
