I bought a fixer-upper house last year and needed to have the air conditioning, furnace, and water heater checked. Each service was performed promptly and efficiently. I feel like the technicians were very knowledgeable and were able to take care of any issues without trying to sell me things that were not needed. They were considerate of my home and very friendly. Builders is not the cheapest service company around, but it is also not the most expensive. I think you get excellent service and value for the price.
