I live right by this super-center, have been going there for almost four years now. In the four years i have been going it's getting progressively worse. You can tell that it's an ""equal-opportunity"" employer. Checkout clerks rarely greet there customer's, there always short handed, leaving you waiting longer in line. At night-time between 1200 am-400am(i work nights)it is like a ""free-for-all"" in the store. No visible supervision, employees running amuck--sorry, but having all your employees smoking out front is just UNprofessional(hint-hint )Jonathan Fast. Most of the employees look as if they were just released from prison, or are on drugs, and to top it all off they only have ONE register open--why do you have all these ""self-checkout's"" if they are not up and operating, what a waste of money!! Sorry for sounding like a rant, but after being there yesterday, this has been a long time coming. 5-6 supervisors/managers all huddled up talking and laughing in view of the public while the lanes are clogged up--again, what a waste of money!! If they have nothing to do--why don't they go home. Jonathan Fast you have no idea what goes on in your store at all. If i was your DM,or RM you would be looking for another line of work. Update: My wife had our vehicle in for service on 2-20 for the 20$ special on oil changes. Two days after the oil change there is a massive leak coming from underneath the vehicle. Why??? they didn't tighten down the drain-plug for the oil pan!!!! These guys are the biggest joke in the book. more
