I had taken my 2001 VW Beetle in a few times for minor work. They always did a great job. To agree with another reviewer, their waiting room was excellent and extremely comfortable. Please, whatever you do, TAKE YOUR VW HERE. I tried to save some money and took my Beetle to another local VW mechanic. The car caught fire while in their possession and was totaled. He gave me the finger and refused to take any responsibility. I firmly believe I would still be driving my precious vehicle had I just taken it to Lithia as I had done in the past.
