This exercise gets me out of bed every morning and starts my day on a positive note. The instructors are amazing. They know what they are doing AND they keep the workouts exciting. It never gets boring. Reformer pilates has allowed me to build strength, get toned, and most importantly...given me energy! I would encourage anyone to check out the new beautiful location on Skinner at 290. You will not be sorry!
